Pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara Arab memerlukan suatu model pembelajaran serta media yang mampu merangsang siswa untuk aktif dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan media Pop Up Book merupakan kolaborasi model pembelajaran dan media yang cocok digunakan untuk merangsang keaktifan siswa dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengimplementasian model pembelajaran Project Based Learning ( PjBL ) berbasis Media Pop Up Book dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab serta mengetahui respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa :

1) proses pembelajaran dengn model pembelajaran Project Based Learning ( PjBL ) berbasis Media Pop Up Book berjalan dengan baik dan sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang ada, 2) Respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelaran dengan model Project Based Learning ( PjBL ) berbasis Media Pop Up Book difokuskan terhadap lima hal yaitu keefektifan, motivasi, kemudahan, kepuasan dan ketertarikan siswa. Rata-rata hasil dari angket respons siswa menunjukan respon yang positif terhadap pengimplementasian model pembelajaran Project Based Learning ( PjBL ) berbasis Media Pop Up Book dalam keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab.

Abstract

Learning Arabic speaking skills requires a learning model and media that can stimulate students to be active in speaking Arabic. The project-based learning model with Pop Up Book media is a collaboration of learning models and media that is capable and suitable for use in learning to stimulate students' activeness in speaking Arabic. This study aims to Describe the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model based on Pop Up Book Media in learning Arabic speaking skills and knowing student responses after participating in learning with this learning model. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) the learning process with the Pop Up Book Media-based Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is going well and is in accordance with the existing steps, 2) Student responses after participating in learning with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model based on Pop Up Book Media are focused on five things, namely effectiveness, motivation, convenience, satisfaction and student interest . The average results of the student response questionnaire showed a positive response to the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model based on Pop Up Book Media in Arabic speaking skills.
