The study of classical and modern educational thought aims to rediscover the conceptualization of Islamic educational thought. The hope is that this study can find a common thread in the concepts of classical and modern Islamic education. Previous researchers had many discussions about the study of both, but these discussions ended in the area of ​​examining the thoughts of each figure or were limited to the study of only one period. This research discusses the study of classical and modern educational thought to find out the true meaning in the development of the conceptualization of Islamic educational thought. The method used by the researchers is a literary studies approach. A study approach uses a research view of library documents such as books, magazines, articles, etc. This type of research is classified as descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study show that the development of classical and modern Islamic educational thought represents an inseparable unity. The development of modern Islamic educational thought is part of the development of classical Islamic educational thought. The early phase of educational development can be seen in Islamic teaching at the time of the Prophet. In the period of Mecca and Medina, the Prophet laid the foundations of Islamic education, from the concept, curriculum, tier system and institutions to the administration of Islamic education. Until modern times, the development of Islamic educational thought has shown a maturity in scientific civilization. Bangsa yang berkarakter adalah bangsa yang memiliki moral, berorientasi pada perdamaian, kesejahteraan, dan kondusivitas masyarakat. Tantangannya adalah bagaimana pendidikan Islam dapat membangun karakater sesuai dengan prinsip luhur nilai budaya bangsa. Hal ini menjadi latar belakang pemikiran perlu adanya membangun ulang paradigma pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan sosio-kultural dalam membentuk karakter bangsa. Pendidikan perlu dikembalikan pada hirarkisnya sehingga sesuai dengan cita-cita dan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pada kajian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi pustaka (<em>library research</em>) suatu metode penelitian yang mengkaji sebuah pemikiran dan teori dari hasil penelusuran dokumen kepustakaan. Dari hasil kajian bahwa pendidikan dalam perspektif kultural yakni membangun paradigma kultural dalam pendidika. Karena pendidikan adalah bagian dari proses kulturalisasi. Pendidikan dan pembudayaan adalah suatu proses yang tidak terpisahkan. Karena itu pendidikan adalah bagian dari proses humanisasi. Dalam membangun paradigma sosio-kultural, pendidikan perlu dikembalikan pada pedoman umum berbangsa dan bernegara. Pancasila sebagai sumber dari pengetahuan dan nilai berbangsa dan bernegara, layaknya menjadi landasan dalam praktik pendidikan. sehingga pendidikan sesuai dengan karakter bangsa. Nilai kesantunan dan kerukunan yang menjadi kebanggaan budaya bangsa menjadi lemah dan semakin memprihatinkan seiring dengan masuknya nilai-nilai budaya global. Sehingga karakter dan jati diri bangsa ini semakin tidak jelas disebabkan oleh karakter masyarakat yang semakin tidak menentu. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, smartphones have seemed to dominate various aspects of life. No matter how old or young they are, their hands can't be separated from their smartphones. Even small children are smarter than their parents. However, this is quite concerning, excessive use of smartphones without parental supervision can interfere with the development and development of early childhood. This research focuses on how parents care for early childhood in the digital era, how the Prophet's traditions are related to parenting styles and their quality, and how to optimize parenting styles for children from a hadith perspective. The method used in this research is library research, the data obtained from journal articles, textbooks, books, and relevant websites. The use of anime films as a learning medium has proven effective in improving listening and speaking skills. Arabic anime enriches vocabulary, improves pronunciation, and helps students understand intonation and accent in everyday conversation. The combination of visuals and audio makes learning more interesting and motivates students. Imitating anime dialogue can improve your speaking skills in a relaxed atmosphere. Facilities such as projectors and internet access are important to maximize its effectiveness. The anime also introduces authentic conversational situations and Arabic cultural context. However, there are obstacles such as limited access to quality films and technical challenges regarding audio quality. This article examines the positive and negative impacts of digital transformation on the education of aqidah and ethics (akhlak), as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by the Muslim community in the digital era, such as radicalization, religious pluralism, and changes in social norms. Utilizing a library research method and a qualitative approach, this study explores how digital technology can be harnessed to enhance the understanding and application of aqidah values within society. The methodological approaches employed include historical, textual, anthropological, and philosophical perspectives to understand how aqidah can adapt and evolve amidst technological dynamics. The findings indicate that despite the complex challenges, the digital era also presents significant opportunities for the dissemination of Islamic teachings and the strengthening of aqidah in a broader and more effective manner.
